Sathiya Chinnathambi is an Organizational Development and Leadership practitioner, coach, facilitator, and process worker with over 18 years of experience spanning corporates, communities, and human systems. Her practice lies at the intersection of leadership development, human process work, OD interventions, personal transformation, and systems change.
She works with individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate complexity, build leadership capacity, and foster cultures of learning, belonging, and flow. Sathiya brings a unique blend of strategic insight, deep listening, and experiential design to her work—helping leaders and systems align with their purpose and potential.
She currently serves as the Dean of the Internship in Process Work at Sumedhas Academy for Human Context, while also consulting with organizations across sectors as a catalyst for leadership, learning, and transformation.
